Shipping & Delivery
At this time, DVD Video Albums ships merchandise to locations within the lower 48 states of the United States ONLY. We do not accept orders from the U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, DVD Video Albums does not accept International orders. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

If the customer is not satisfied with the finished order due to an error caused by DVD Video Albums, we will attempt to redo the order and attain a quality level as close as possible to the original source quality. However, where the quality or condition of the client provided media prohibits a quality product, orders are non-refundable.

DVD Video Albums will reimburse the customer the cost to return media ONLY if the error is determined to be caused by DVD Video Albums.
